The meeting was scheduled at the office of the principal with respective faculty and student bearers. To formulate the review committee and flying squad committee as the new academic year 2016-17 started with the new admissions. The agenda and the minutes of the meeting are as follows.
- Agenda:- To formulate the review committee and flying squad committees to look in to the matters of antiragging measures and to make periodical and surprise raids to the college and hostel premises to make sure that no incidence of ragging talks place and simultaneously the counseling of students to be carried out successfully, and report if any to the authority for the immediate action. The composition and activities are as follows.
- Anti Ragging Committee:-
The committee will have its periodical meeting in the college/hostel campus and has to do surprise inspection or visits to the college and hostel frequently and make sure that no incidents of ragging are happening. The committee is doing surprise inspection/rounds once in a month and frequency of raids will be once in a week. Counseling of students done during the rounds and no incidence of ragging has been noted as on time.
- FLYING SQUAD:-
The flying squad makes frequency of raids once in week and surprise raids once in month. The squad continuously and at all times shall take precautionary measures to see that no ragging takes place inside the class room, within the college or hostel premises and other outside surrounding places. Counseling is also done during the rounds by the squad members.
